Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out what is and isn’t allowed when using Meetora (the “Service”). It is part of our Terms & Conditions. Using the Service means you agree to follow this policy.

1. Prohibited content & conduct

You may not use the Service to host, share, or transmit content, or engage in conduct, that:

• Is illegal, or promotes illegal activity.
• Harasses, threatens, defames, or bullies any person.
• Contains hate speech or incites violence or discrimination.
• Is sexually explicit, exploits minors, or is otherwise abusive.
• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Distributes malware, spam, or fraudulent or deceptive material.

2. Recording & consent

If you record or transcribe a meeting (including using AI Notes), you are responsible for informing participants and obtaining any consent required by the laws that apply to you and the other participants.

3. Security & integrity

You may not attempt to:

• Gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or meetings.
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent security or usage limits.
• Use bots or automated means to abuse the Service.

4. Fair use

The Service is intended for genuine communication. Using it to send spam invitations, run abusive automated rooms, or otherwise degrade the experience for others is not allowed.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action including removing content, ending meetings, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting unlawful activity to authorities — at our discretion and without notice.
