Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 22, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Meetora (the “Service”) at meetora.cc. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using Meetora you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Accounts
Creating a meeting requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Joining a meeting as a guest does not require an account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Break any law or infringe anyone’s rights.
- Harass, threaten, or harm others, or share illegal or abusive content.
- Record or transcribe people without their knowledge or consent where consent is required.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Meetings & links
Anyone with a meeting link may be able to join that meeting. You are responsible for sharing links only with intended participants. Meeting links may expire or be deactivated once a meeting ends or is deleted.
5. Wallet, pricing & paid features
Core video meetings are free. Certain features (such as recording and AI notes) are billed on a pay-as-you-go basis from your wallet balance at the rates shown in the app. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient balance to use paid features. All wallet top-ups are subject to our Refund Policy.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service running reliably, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
7. Intellectual property
The Meetora name, logo, website, and software are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission. Content you create or share in meetings remains yours.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meetora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. See our Disclaimer for more.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or others.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
